Finding the best
way to live ®

Founded in 2002, MeInc is committed to the belief that change is not only possible for everyone but it’s your fundamental right to live an enriched, healthy, and vibrant life. MeInc founder and author Dee Hunter is a passionate, empathic, and authentic behavioural change coach with a proven track record for helping clients create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

At MeInc, we believe change, real change, comes alive when we start to make deliberate and conscious small changes in our thinking. Our thoughts determine our choices and actions and, therefore, our outcomes. How do we know this? We have been there and understand how overwhelming and confronting it can be when even the smallest hurdles feel like the biggest mountain to climb.

We know that every time an individual creates positive change for themselves, the transformation not only improves the quality of their own life but it also changes the lives of those around them. That is how we build resilient individuals and strong communities. We guide you to make small, meaningful changes that are sustainable by introducing consistent and deliberate practices.

MeInc works with clients globally, creating customised well-being programmes, corporate well-being solutions, and accepting some Keynote speaking opportunities utilising the MeInc Well-Being Model to help people rediscover their vitality, sense of purpose, and well-being.

About Dee Hunter

Author and Behavioural Change Leader Dee Hunter created MeInc in 2002, driven by the belief that change is not only possible for everyone, but it’s a fundamental right for us all to have a strong sense of well-being.

A high performer with a strong work ethic, Dee has also experienced a number of challenges and life traumas that had major impacts on her well-being and, at one stage, were life-threatening. Confronted with a need to make significant changes, she began that journey over 20 years ago. Dee believes that the events not only strengthened her resilience but gifted her with a strong sense of humanity and empathy coupled with a burning desire to help others.

“I collaborate with clinicians and other coaches, or exclusively with clients upon request, to facilitate the process of making the changes they define as a priority. When my clients are ready, we work through the key preparation required to move forward and ensure that the changes are meaningful, in alignment, and more importantly sustainable.

I specialise in, (but am not limited to) eating behaviours, Gray area drinking, and creating a renewal mindset for physical activity. I utilise a holistic well-being model to encourage integration of all parts and deliver a strong sense of well-being.”
